Chef Paul Bodrogi is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef with over 20 years of pastry experience, as well as 14 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level. Chef Bodrogi is also responsible for building the Pastry Live event ( which brings together many of the industry’s best pastry chefs for three days of seminars, competitions,  

     Chef Bodrogi has won 2 first place awards for his work at the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique's  in New York City, a Gold Medal from the International Chefs Association for his chocolate and cake decorating work, and the Patisfrance Honorary Prize at the Southern Pastry Classic. . He was awarded his CEPC from the American Culinary Federation in 2002. He is the 2015 Atlanta American Culinary Federations  Pastry Chef of the Year and was nominated for the Southeast Regions Culinary 2015 Educator of the Year.
