Knowing how to use a knife properly is the foundation of all cooking; it does not have to be awkward or frustrating. This class will teach you proper knife handling and cutting techniques which will increase your productivity and safety in the kitchen, we will also go over the essential knives you should have and demo honing and sharpening your knives. You will learn how to slice, dice and mince a variety of products that with practice will make you become faster and more accurate in the kitchen.
Note: Attendees encouraged to bring their personal Chef knife.

A refund will be given up to seven (10) days prior to the class date. An exchange can be made for any class up to two (3) days before the class date based on availability. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given for cancellations made less than two (3) days prior to the class date.
